COVID-19 Alert Level 3 | Gazley Info

From the 28th April at Level 3 we are open for “click and collect” Sales, Parts & Contactless Vehicle Servicing.

We are looking forward to reopening on the 28th of April for contact less Sales, Service & Parts at all of our dealerships. We hope that you and your families have enjoyed the additional time you have had together and the time in lock down has helped to get those chores around home done! To enable us to get back up and running we will be operating with additional hygiene and social distancing measures in place to ensure our clients and staff safety.

  • Full sanitation of all interior and exterior touch points of each vehicle that comes on site including our new and pre-owned stock
  • Service department ‘drop offs’ and ‘end of day collections’ will become contactless with dedicated drop off times
  • Longer opening hours (7am – 6pm) to spread out client interactions
  • We split our teams to work alternate days to enable additional social spacing within our workspace
  • Home collection and delivery service for those most at risk

Sales:
The sales team will be operating split shifts enabling us to do zero-contact vehicle deliveries and test drives. The team have also been practising getting digital with video content and virtual walk arounds on vehicles. Get in contact with one of our team to hear how we can make this happen.

Parts:
Our parts team are available by phone or email for any of your parts requirements. All parts will be shipped directly to you from our warehouse making for a speedy delivery. Pick ups are not available at this time as we are unable to open our retail counter due to premise restrictions. Our shipping lines are open and we have thousands of parts in stock!

Service:
After a month off our service lanes are open but checking in and out will be a little bit different. Our team will be operating a full contactless service for drop off and pick up of any vehicle in our service department. We also have invested in sanitation measures to ensure that both our clients and staff are safe when moving between vehicles. When you get your vehicle serviced keep an eye out for our sanitation mirror hanger to know your vehicle has had all the touch points taken care of. We will also be offering a home collection and delivery service for those of higher risk or more concern. If you would like to have us collect your vehicle for its service please call our team directly to arrange.

The Gazley team sincerely hope you and your family are safe and well during these uncertain times and that you are dealing with the economic flow on effects the best you can. Over this time we have a full staff of Sales, Service, Parts, CRM, Marketing and Administration logged in available to talk to from home. Should you wish to speak to any of our staff please utilise our normal business numbers located here.
